Warranty
All items you purchase from us are covered by our statutory warranty. This statutory warranty means that a product is or should do what a consumer can reasonably expect. We also offer our own warranty. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.
Because we restore and inspect all jewelry ourselves, we offer a full 1-year warranty on all jewelry! Below, we explain in more detail when this extended warranty can be used.
What do we guarantee?
- Defective links or clasps (on bracelets or necklaces)
- Loss of stones (during normal use). Please store the stones properly and return them with your product upon request.
- Severe discoloration of a product.
What do we not guarantee?
- Loss or theft of the product.
Warranty procedure:
- Send the defect to info@2ehandssieraden.nl
- Please ship your item in discreet packaging. Please include your name and address.
- After receiving your product, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email.
- Your warranty claim is being processed. (Please allow three weeks for processing.)
- We will keep you informed about the repair or replacement of the item.
- We will return your repaired or replaced item free of charge.
Please note: the warranty is void if a defect arises as a result of or results from carelessness because you or someone else attempted to modify the product or used the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
