Warranty
Our jewellery is second-hand and carefully selected. Each piece of jewellery is checked before being added to our collection. As these are pre-worn items, minor signs of wear and tear may be present. This is part of the character of a second-hand piece of jewellery and makes each item unique.
We offer a 1-year warranty with normal use on all jewellery. This warranty covers the wearability and functionality of the jewellery.
The warranty does not apply to:
- normal wear and tear or minor signs of use
- damage caused by impacts, drops, or improper use
- loss of parts
- external influences such as water, perfume, creams, or cleaning products
- alterations or repairs carried out by third parties
Any visible characteristics or signs of use will always be described as clearly as possible with the product.
When a warranty claim is made, we will first have the jewellery assessed by our goldsmith. We cannot make a definitive assessment based solely on photos. This allows us to carefully and expertly review each situation.

Caring for your jewellery
Gold and silver jewelry are durable precious metals that, with proper care, will remain beautiful for many years. Because our jewelry has been worn before, it deserves that little bit of extra attention to maintain its appearance.
With a few simple habits, you can keep your jewelry beautiful for as long as possible.
Avoid contact with chemical products
Substances such as perfume, hairspray, cleaning products, and creams can affect the metal's shine. Therefore, it's best to apply care products first and only then put on your jewelry.
Remove jewelry when exercising, showering, or sleeping
Moisture, perspiration, and unexpected impacts can cause wear or damage. Especially with finer links or settings, it is advisable to temporarily remove your jewelry.
Store jewelry separately
Storing jewelry individually prevents scratches and friction. A jewelry box, soft pouch, or separate compartments are ideal for this. Preferably store them in a dry place.
Clean your jewelry carefully
You can occasionally clean your jewelry with a soft cloth or a mild cleaning solution suitable for jewelry. This will remove dirt and tarnish without damaging the surface.
With the right care, your jewelry will not only remain beautiful to wear but will also retain its appearance and value for the future.
