Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you have 14 days to return your order. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving the returned item(s).

How to return an order:

1. Complete the return form in full.
2. Pack the item(s) in the original box or another sturdy cardboard box. Include the packing slip or invoice in the package.
3. Email info@2ehandssieraden.nl for a shipping label, or return the package using a carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
4. Keep your proof of shipment in a safe place.

PLEASE NOTE:

Refunds can only be made via the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned jewelry.

Custom-made items, such as engraved jewelry or resized rings (enlarged or reduced), cannot be returned. If the return-right labels are removed, your right to return will expire.

If an item is returned with damage, a reduction in value may be charged.
