Dear Customer,

We do our utmost to prevent complaints.

Unfortunately, mistakes are made in every organization where people work. Are you just that one case where something went wrong? We would like to hear your complaint, in order to find a suitable solution together with you. If possible, we even adapt our procedures in such a way that none of our future customers (including hopefully yourself) can have the same complaint.

How can you file a complaint?

Step 1

Complaints can only be submitted in writing. You can mail your complaint to [email protected].

We only deal with a complaint when you have stated:

- Order number (not required, however desired)

- Name, address and telephone number (name and address required)

- Clear description of the complaint.

nb As a customer you have the obligation to report a defect or something as soon as possible after discovering the defect.

 

Step 2


You will receive a response to your complaint within 14 days of receipt of your complaint. If this is not possible within 14 days, we will inform you of this.

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere yet, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform
